Dear Sir,

I applied for new PAN Card online on 09/02/2012 to NSDL.My Acknowledgement No.is [protected].The same was sent along with required documents through speedpost.My Speedpost acknowledgement no. is EG[protected]IN dated 10/02/2012.Till today,when I tracked the status of PAN application, it reflects that "we haven't recieved the required documents in respect of the PAN card Application.

I request you to look into the matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a foreigner and working in Samsung India Electronics Ltd while residing in Delhi. I have applied for the PAN card on October. I have submitted all the relevant documents with the help of my company legal officer. After that they have request the same document from me again and again for around 3 times. Even though I have sent the documents again and again. But still my PAN card is received to me.

Even after repeaterd prompting & followups with the utsil (Mumbai lower parel), i have not received my pan card yet.

The pan enquiry on the utsil site shows that " your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at income tax department" from last 2 years.

Vide my RPAD letter dt.13/01/12-sent 1) Family Ration Card - S. Manivannan & family members

Subsequently the request was brought under "process" and now "documents are not valid". NSDL declined to inform me specific discrepancy in my application request and the proof sent. Hence I request you look into the matter sothat I could receive the PAN card.

I communicated with your office regarding this in a chain of e-mails and they agreed to dispatch it again when I forwarded them the proof that SPEED POST delivery works for the address we have registered our firm at Bangalore.

My PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL (according to nsdl) due to wrong address. The same has been re-dispatched by speed post on 28-Dec-2011 at the address for communication*.Can i pick up my pancard directly from speed post center near by my home at kanpur.Bcoz i dont know why those guys said my address is not found.

My pan card no ABUPG8911H is blocked by income tax authorities ,plea that duplicate pan card. While my sel[censored]sing this pan card no ABUPG8911H from last 15 years and submitting IT returns accordingly and my employer (A.O. Cash O/o The TDM BSNL Sawaimadhopur) deducting TDS from my salary and depositing in IT Circle sawaimadhopur. After getting enquire from IT department Sawaimadhopur i have informed that my card is blocked from Barmer district due to same PAN No. issued same name and fathers name . i want to know where my tax deductions and it returns as going since last ten or fifteen years .

On 19/12/2011, I applied online for change in PAN card no AKGPS0719Q vide acknowledgment Number is [protected]. The online PAN amendment application disappeared when I wanted to save it due to power failure.

Kindly inform me how I can get the printout of my PAN amendment form for submission to PUNE office by post with my photo.

(ii) Can I alternately fill up any blank form downloaded from NSDL/UTI website and paste my photo thereon and send the same with the document referred to in my online PAN amendment application vide acknowledgment Number is [protected] ?


The reply to the above queries has not been received from TIN of NSDL /ASK (Aykar Sampark Kendra) till date even though the following desired information was sent to TIN(NSDL) as early as 22nd December 2011.

I fail to understand why my query has not been replied till date.

Is it because I had made an unpleasant observation that the query made to me to provide the same information under different heading from Sl 1 to 8 as a sequel to my query dated 19/12/2011 was unjustified because all facts stood already given ?

Sir I have been selected once again in NAGAR PALIKA PARISHAD GHAZIPUR (U.P.). So I resign rly. on 08/07/2009. and join in NPP GHAZIPUR on 11/08/2009 But here there is no any provision for deduction under NPS. Only PF for old emploies My deduction has been not made so far. When I check my NPS LEDGER on WWW.CRA NSDL.COM. I could not found any such Ledger as before.
I have not received my pin or card so far. sir I want to know
1-how can I get pin or card of NPS
2-How I run my NPS
3-Is it possible to close it and get my money back
4-Have any customer care no. for any correspondent

I was applied a Pan card in 2009, the card was not get, the Internet status was showed the card was dispatched by post delivery status was not available. Still now again I'm applied a duplicate copy of my pan card in June'10,2011, the status is showing under processing.How I got my Pan card? My acknowledgment no:[protected]. Please guide me.

I had submitted an application for issuance of PAN card for my mother vide ack no. [protected] on 11.08.2011. NSDL informed that the photo was not proper for scanning. I have twice submitted fresh photographs with different backgrounds and the same query is being raised. The telephone is not answered and there is no help for ascertaining the actual cause.

As per Govt guidelines, she cannot undertake high value txns without PAN no. and it is not issued by the agency. It is regrettable that Sr. Citizen is treated in this manner.

I join the central gov. org. KVS as on sep 2009 now i m quiting the job . my pran no. is[protected]. So what is the process to get my nps contribution. Or where i can get more information near by my home town. becouse nsdl costumer care contact nos. is not showing responsible approach.
