[Resolved]  NSDL — PAN CHANGES

Dear Sir

I has submitted PAN Application for changes at 09.02.08 & PAN Center Address SHELL TRANSOURCE LTD., MANDI (H.P.) & Contact/ agent no. (Mr. Thakur) [protected].
I has many times complaints to him but not any get the reply through center. My Acknowledgement No. [protected]
And also we have contact to PAN CENTER in Mumbai, but his reply not any application get me till date.
I has heartly request to you sir trace out my problems in PAN CARD

Our Pan card issue No. AAATB1945P on name as " BANGALI ASSOCIATION TRUST" where where as our
name is BEGALI ASSOCIATION RAJKOT . So we want to change this name .
