I had applied for the Pran Card through Govt. NPS . I have not received my PRAN KIT including user ID, Pran card, I-Pin & T-Pin. I was earlier known as G NARAYANA. I opened PRAN A/C in the name of G NARAYANA.Now I changed my name as G NARENDER REDDY trough GOVT GAZETTE.
my name on PAN , DRIVNG LICENSE , SERVICE BOOK , etc is changed as G NARENDER REDDY.
what should I do to change my name in my PRAN A/C as G NARENDER REDDY.
