I had submitted an application for issuance of PAN card for my mother vide ack no. [protected] on 11.08.2011. NSDL informed that the photo was not proper for scanning. I have twice submitted fresh photographs with different backgrounds and the same query is being raised. The telephone is not answered and there is no help for ascertaining the actual cause.

As per Govt guidelines, she cannot undertake high value txns without PAN no. and it is not issued by the agency. It is regrettable that Sr. Citizen is treated in this manner.

    I submitted my new pan card application as on date 10Th November 2011 from Ahmadabad through NSDL.but after two day i check my pan card status on internet, but internet search answer (your application is under process at nsdl-tin facilitation center.you may contact tin fc was submitted by you ). after i contact to NSDL center but answer not given they say call after one hours than call me tomorrow etc answer give so please kindly request to NSDL please find my application and process it urgent as soon as possible my acknowledgement number [protected] date 10.11.2011 please varied this...

      In this regard, we would like to mention that at present, we are not in a position to give any clarification, as guidelines pertaining to withdrawal have not yet been issued by PFRDA (Pension Fund Regulatory & Development Authority). You are requested to contact your concerned nodal office or PFRDA for more clarification. You may contact PFRDA on www.pfrda.org.in

        I am highly obliged if you kindly draw your attention at understated situation that the Father’s Name, recorded on my PAN card with JASIMUDDIN MONDAL but the original is INJEN ALI SHAH as my Voter ID card & MD. ENJIL ALI as my Ration card due to miss monitoring. The name of my father should has been recorded on my PAN card what was provided on my PAN card application form but from where your active unit did collect the JASIMUDDIN MONDAL? Jasimuddin Mondal , the name was provided on my corresponding address as C/O JASIMUDDIN MONDAL in which way make my PAN card recorded as my father’s name.

            PRAN Kit not received

            I haven't received the PRAN kit, or the T-PIN/I-PIN for the PRAN[protected] till date despite the CRA websire claiming that the same has been dispatched on September 22, 2011. I haven't received any response to the five mails I have sent to the agency ('info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in'). The call center executives claim they are unable to help....

              i applied for pancard. my acknowledgement no. is [protected]. my pancard was despatched on13aug.2011 by ovemite express ltd. bill no.-[protected].the pancard was to be delevered at my doorstep, my house is 1 k.m away from the assciated courier agency but they are refusing to delever my pancard to my address.they called me to come to their office at uma market,muzaffarpur to collect my pancard..it is aggred while applying for pancard tht pancard will be delevered at my address.. Still the courier agency is forcing me to come to their door step.it should be delevered to my address. kindly arrange for this.

              Sir I applied for Pan card in January 15. In this respect the NSDL sent a message on my mobile phone with pan no. after 5 days and advise me to check the status in internet . Thereafter I will check the status in internet and I found that my pancard was dispatched on 30th january 2012 and my bill no. is [protected] and my address is very simple but still I'm waiting for the pancard.                 I Valsala Kumari V or Valsala Kumari Valappayil bearing PAN ACWPV0995M had applied for a New Tamper proof PAN card on 07.08.2011, in place of my old 10 year old card with the same details/information as existed at the time of availing the old card. Although my application is for a replacement card, I have sent in the copy of my existing card and bank account copy for proof of residence and identity.

                It is true that the bank account name was displayed as Valsala kumari V, where V stands for the abbriviation of Valappayil as a common practice the bank follows.

                Pointing out this as a shortfall in my application the department (NSDL) is not issued the New card to me so far. I have tried to convince the department through a number of mails but it is not fetching any favourable action. I request to interfere and enable me to get my card issued immediately please

                      Hi,
                      Today(15th Sept 2011) at around 3:30PM I've talked with a member of NSDL TIN Info team over phone[protected] regarding my PAN card status. He didn't provide me the correct info of Speed Post delivery number(after PAN card dispatch of 5 days).

                      He asked me-"are you tamang?, where is Darjeeling, is it in India or Nepal?"..Without provide actual info which I need, he asked me such useless questions and he hanged up the phone in middle of conversation.

                      Is this the manner of NSDL TIN info team? I really frustated with function of NSDL for PAN card delivery and their ILLITERATE Tin Info team member. NSDL first sent PAN card using unknown courier named EXPRESS LOGISTIC which has no office in Siliguri. Courier service didn't dispatch PAN card to my house at Siliguri and it was returned to Siliguri and now they sent it using Indian Post. Its being already 5 days and NSDL people have no Speed Post bill number updated in their database.

                      This is how we,consumer,suffer in India.

                      Its mine kind request to member of this website that please take necessary actions to NSDL TIN info team for their rude behavior.

                              Dear Subscriber,

                              This has reference to grievance raised by you on CRA-NSDL Complaints forum requesting for PRAN card & I-pin/T-pin for PRAN.[protected].

                              In this regard, we wish to inform you that PRAN has been allotted to you on the basis of soft copy data (legacy data) provided by your District Treasury Office (DTO).
                              However, for issuance of PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN, you need to submit
                              the application for allotment of PRAN (Annexure S1) your DDO. The DDO will forward the same to DTO who will forward it to CRA.
                              In case, if you have already submitted the application, you are requested to provide us 17 digit acknowledgement number (provided by CRA to DTO after submitting the form) to track the status of your PRAN application.

                              For any queries pertaining to NPS, you can email us on info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in or you may contact us on our toll free number[protected]with the help of T-pin)/[protected].

                              Dear Subscriber,
                              This has reference to grievance raised by you on CRA-NSDL Complaints forum requesting for new I-pin/T-pin for PRAN.[protected].
                              In this regard, we wish to inform that you can reset the same by using 'Forgot password' link. After clicking the 'Forgot password' link you need to answer the secret question which you had set at the time of first log-in. The system will prompt you to reset the password (I-PIN) by entering the new password and confirming the password by re-entering the same. However, if you are unable to change the password with this option you need to request for re-issue of password.
                              To reissue the password (IPIN), you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) with written request to your respective DTO (District Treasury Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). You need to fill up ‘Section C’ of S2 form for reissue of IPIN and TPIN. Please mention your active Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) in the form which is your user ID.
                              After receiving your S2 form, DTO will capture the request for re-issue of IPIN in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-Pin provided by CRA to DTO at the time of registration. After receiving online request, CRA will reissue the password and your IPIN envelope will be sent to your communication address mentioned in PRAN application form by you at the time of registration for NPS. DTO has to retain the change request forms and shall not forward the forms to CRA. You can down load the ‘S2 Form’ (Subscriber Details Change request form) from our website www.npscra.nsdl.co.in.

                                  I have applied for correction on PAN(ADBPL 5856D) 2 months back. I have completed all formalities insisted by M/s. NSDL as per their ack [protected]. On 18/08/11 it was communicated vide SMS that the correction has accepted and later as per their webseite it is intimated that the PAN card has been despatched vide speed post ack EM[protected]IN on 19/08/11. I have not yet received the card. When checked with the speed post centre(all levels, local to Pune) everywhere the same response "Wrong Ack Number". Eventhough I have sent many mails to the NSDL office, no positive response. It is not at all possible to get their officers on the line.

                                  Kindly inform me what shall i do to get the card or atleast to prevent the misuse by someone.

                                    Dear Subscriber,

                                    This has reference to the query raised by you stating non receipt of PRAN Card and PRAN statement.
                                    In this regard, we wish to inform you that the PRAN[protected] card along with I-PIN/T-PIN (PRAN Kit) was dispatched to the Pay and Accounts Office (National Capital Territory, No. XV, M R D Block, LNJP Hospital, New Delhi- 110002). The same was delivered to your PAO on 11th September 2009, via AWB [protected]; you may contact your PAO in this regard.

                                    Further, we would like to inform you that the subscriber has an option to change PRAN details and also reissue the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN. To update PRAN details or reissue the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN, you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). Please mention your active Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) in the form which is your user ID.

                                    After receiving your S2 form, PAO will capture & authorize the request for re-issue of PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-PIN provided by CRA to PAO at the time of registration, CRA will send the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN to your PAO.

                                    Please note that Statement of Transaction has been sent to the subscriber at the communication address registered in CRA. You can obtain physical copy of SOT from your PAO.

                                      I Dusmanta Prusti have been joined in Orissa Govt. Service on 11.09.2011 as Welfare Extension Officer in Bissam Cuttack Block of Rayagada District.I have applied for PRAN No. under New Pension Scheme in the month of October 2010 through Bissam Cuttack Sub Treasury.In the Month of December, I got a sms message that "your Pension Account (PRAN) has been generated on 21.12.2010 and you will shortly receive PRAN kit".But the irony is that till date i don't receive the PRAN kit though the staff of neighbour block already have received the PRAN kit.That's why i am someway depressed and kindly request you for sending of PRAN Kit at an early date.
