Should be Name : SANTI BHAWANI Fater's Name: GOPAL CHANDRA PAL Date of Birth: 17-NOV-1972 Supporting documents has already been submitted. Such correction necesary on the basis of applicants crtificate issued by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The applicants surname before marriage was 'PAL' while after marriage she was surnamed 'BHAWANI' . Please note that your communication Y/0159 Ref No. TIN/PAN/CR-V/[protected] dated 15/09/2010 was received in last week of NOV-10. Hence this delay in clarification as sought. I apply my pan card named as Sudipto Podder but when I get my pan card I see that named as Sudipta Podder (which is the spelling mistake on my name).I claimed that change my name from Sudipta to Sudipto which is the appropriate name for me mentioned as my pan card application.For know the real truth you ca see my pan card( BLJPP2087H ) in signature portion, I signed there "Sudipto".So please do the change immediately otherwise it will be very embarrassing on me .if you do the change i shall be thankful to you .
