an ad was place about dogs called sapna kennels in delhi, i live in bangalore, this guy said he will send me a beagle hound for 15000 rs and he has sent me a golden retriver worth 5000...i have tried to reach him and he is not picking up the call, his phone no. is-[protected], [protected]. god knows how many people he has cheated like this...i have launched a police complaint on him...but i need help tracking him...
