[Resolved] Omaxe Buildhome (P) Ltd. — DELAY IN POSSESSION | |||
Flat was booked on 30.08.2006. Buyer seller agreement was not sent by the developer. a. On booking of flat on 30.08.2006 company never issued Allotment Letter on its own till 06.01.2008 and delayed it purposely for 16 months. On applying for Housing Loan with the Bank and on demanding Allotment Letter by the Bank, company gave the Allotment Letter on 07.01.2008. In view of the delay in handing over of possession of the flat from the date of booking is about 27 months. b. Completion certificate has not been provided to me by the company, As per the Bank of Baroda loan approval letter “Borrower to submit a copy of completion certificate issued by the competent authority.” In the absence of which bank will not release the final instalment. c. Preferential Location Charges (PLC) charged is unjustified, un-reasonable and arbitrary. Amount can not be charged arbitrarily. Flat is not park facing. d.
