[Resolved] Omaxe — Non Refund of Booking Amount | |
Customer Code: OSV/OPH/10 This is reference to Omaxe Panache home flat booked by me at Sector 78 Faridabad. Rs. 1.50 Lac was paid as Advance (refer: Receipt 342637 dated 11th Feb'2009. It was promised that allotment of the flats shall happen within 60 days, however, till today, no allotment information have reached me. I have been following up with respect to various mails (dated 13th May, 16th June, 20th June, 23rd June, 25th June and 26th June) and letter (send vide Blazeflash courier docket no.[protected] dated 26th June'2009 and also personal visit on 23rd June'09 but have failed to get any satisfactory response. I have been talking repeatedly with Mr. Amit Dheer, Mr. Jimmy Dung, Customer Care, Nandita but all have never reverted back. Was this information helpful? | |

Talking with customer care at Omaxe is useless, me too have face the same issue . I am plannig to go to customer court for the same. In case if you too are interested we both can plan accordingly .
