I have also booked in Omaxe heights, Bhiwadi project in November 2006. They gave me allotment letter in Apr 2008 as well. If any of you have filed a complaint and have succeeded in getting back your money with interest then please help me knowing how to approach. I spoke to them and they simply denying giving back my hard earned money.

I too am a I victim of the same problem. I visited Omaxe office on 26th and 27th August 2010 and they are simply denying the 9% interest charge. Instead they offered me a compensation of rs 25 / sq ft, which is obviously ridiculuos (given that the money has been invested for 4 years).

I too have a similar issue for last more than 4 years. I do agree that it is not only a classical example o[censored]nfair but also a monopolistic trade practice from a builder of such a repute.

You should know that Mr. Rohtas Goel (CMD-Omaxe Ltd.) who is also a president of NARDECO (National Real Estate Development Council), which has 13 points "Aims and Objectives". Following point nos. (ii) and (xii) are more relevant to mention here:
ii) To evolve criteria of real estate and construction industry and its various allied operations and to formulate a Code of Ethics for observance by all real estate developers, builders and marketing operators and to evolve a suitable ombudsman mechanism for investigating departures there from.
xii) To create awareness and support industry's efforts on quality, environment and consumer protection

I have made numerous visits to their Bhiwadi site / Head Office, personally handed over complaint letters to refund as they have failed to supply a product / service of promised specification within a reasonable timeframe and written 30+ reminders mails but of no use. Their customer relation function is pathetic which is only trained to make fool of customers and care for payments not the customers. Let the customer go to hell with his/her concerns.

I had also written mails to Mr. Rohtas Goel (CMD-Omaxe) at [protected]@omaxe.com but no response from him.

I request all of who are going to post thier comments or issue, please don not forget to mention your contact details. Let's form a group to initiate legal course of action.

Hi all,
I invested in the same project but for villa 100 sq yard. The purchase was under Construction linked plan. As they have been very slow in construction the bank is not releasing payment and Omaxe has charged huge interest on me.

Can we for a group and take legal recourse against Omaxe.
