On Dot Courier And Cargo — Goods not delivered, misbehaved over the phone

On 4th June 2008 I have written this to this company:
This consignment bearing AWB No.[protected], was booked on May 23, 2008 from Jamui, Bihar to Bangalore and I dont know how such a big mistake can happen that it reached to some place in Rajasthan and till date it has not reached to the desired location. When some one books something with you to avail your services its not only the packet which they are handing over to you, there is a lot of faith and expectations also attached to the packet which you must understand. Delay of sometime can be understood but packet going to a completely different State is not acceptable. We delayed our house movement just because we were waiting for this packet on that address and I had to pay 1 week's extra rent and I do not know how far can you understand the situation as I do not want to write a book here.
After 30 mins:
I am shocked after speaking to this person (He called himself Gordon and his phone number is -[protected]). This guy is challenging my competancy and understanding of the things he says that on packet the person who has booked the packet must have written Jaipur instead of Bangalore. 1st of all the person who has booked this packet is aqualified professor and I am not sure what kind of education Mr Gordon has acquired, he does not have any manners and does not know how to speak with people and instead of finding the cause within system he is pointing my mistake.
