COMPLAIN AGAINST ON.DOT COURIER SERVICES
I AM RESIDENT OF NORTH GUWAHATI (ASSAM)
ON 27/08/2010 MITSDE SENT TO ME SOME EDUCATION MATERIALS FROM PUNE TO MY ADDRESS GIVEN BELOW THROUGH ON.DOT COURIERS AND CARGO SERVICES. SURPRISINGLY TILL TO DATE (14/09/2010) THE COURIER SERVICE NOT GIVING MY ARTICLES WHICH IS VERRY NECESSARY FOR ME IN THE EXAMINATION POINT OF VIEW. THEY NEITHER GIVE ME INFORMATION NOR A PHONE CALL.
ALSO IT IS FOUND THAT THEY HAVE NEITHER A POSTER/BANNER TO LOCATE THE ABOVE MENTIONED COURIER SERVICE OFFICE NOR A TELEPHONE NUMBER. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVEN IN THE WEB SITES PROBABLY FALSE. BECAUSE ON DIALING THAT NUMBER A REPLY THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST.
MY QUESTION IS THAT HOW THIS TYPES OF IRRESPONSIBLE COURIER SERVICES EXIST IN OUR COUNTRY. AND HOW THEY EXPLOITS MONEY, TIME FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I PRAY FOR NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS TYPE OF COURIER SERVICE

I am writing you this mail to divert your kind attention towards the kind of services the courier company is providing to their customers. MITSDE PUNE has booked a courier no[protected] from PUNE on 18/09/2008 TO GHY but it was not delivered as of now.
GUWAHATI OFFICE HAS NOT A SIGN BOARD IN THEIR OFFICE.
THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBERS. THE NUMBERS GIVEN IN WEBSITES PROBABLY FALSE.
THEY DID NOT RESPOND ANY CALLS

I am a resident of Sundarpur, zoo road, ghy-5, There is a very important document coming for me from Mumbai on 27th June, but i have not received the consignment till date, after 30 days also.This courier service is hopeless, i asked my company to discontinue the contract with this courier service, The most irritating thing is that the contact no they displayed at the website is always either busy or disconnected.Pls dont use this ON DOT service .Its really disgusting.By this mail i want to tell the authority to look after the service deptt of their courier, they are not really serious to serve as they should be.
