On Dot Courier — Courier not reached in 7 days [Pune-Mumbai] | |
I had courier important documents from Pune to Mumbai with an AWB[protected] more than a week back. Till today this has not reached. Call centre of Pune "On Dot Courier" office says that they don't have this AWB consignment entry. The website of "On Dot Courier" do not show tracking as well. The shop from where I sent the courier says that he had handed my material to "On Dot" agent the next day. I dont know whome to reach now. Was this information helpful? | |

Dear Sir,
I am surprised that it has taken more than 4 days to come from Poona where it is supposed to be an overnight service. When I checked with your Fort office regarding the statis of this consignment I was informed that it has not been received by them, very surprising indeed.
Kindly look into the matter and revert to me at the earliest.

Our jobworker Yamuna knitwear, from Gandhidham deilivered one parcel by ondot courier as per consinment no.[protected] dt. 27/06/2009 by AIR & confirm this material boooking to bhiwandi & delivered 1st of july 2009, but this parcel today dt. 06/07/2009 not received m this material is not a Rs. 1000/- ( one thousand only ), but I REQUIRED THIS MATERIAL URGENT BASIS, We Pay Rs. 800/- only for this parcel, We not pay air Freight payment for this material . We are pay only surface payment .
