i too have a complaint for the local delivery of a cheque at Pune. My consignment was booked from Viman Nagar to Karvenagar at Pune vide docket no.[protected] on 5/2/2010 and the cheque has not yet been delivered to the person concerned inspite of mentioning the cell no of the receiver. How can we trust this courier when nobody picks up the customer service phone as well as the owner of the branch at viman nagar is too busy to pick the phone.
