I am writing you this mail to divert your kind attention towards the kind of services on dot couriers are providing to their customers.
I had booked a parcel from Vapi to be delivered Muzaffarpur with the AWB no as[protected] dated: 09/02/11. But it is not delivered till today 19/02/2011
And when I am tracking my consignment on your website it was always showing Delhi.
And I talked many times with customer care in Delhi as well vapi but they always told me, we are searching.
I want to know who will be responsible for it. And whether my courier will be delivered or not.
You should not provide this kind o[censored]nsatisfactory service
Looking into the seriousness of this matter I request you to please help me by finding out the parcel, which is quite precious and important for me.
Plz do the needful at the earliest.
