I am shweta kashyap,my father, is in bhilai chhattisgarh .he send me my marriage cd with some photos through on dot courier service on 28 th of july and he said that courier received me in 2 days but today is 3rd august i am not receive my courier at calcutta,infact i go through there website ondot.info,its a wast site i enter the track number but no response and about contct details kolkata phone no is always busy...i dont why they provide courier service if they are not give the proper services and details about the item ...i am very upset because its very important for me and this courier service is a bad sevices .this is request please take a proper action.. shweta kashyap track no[protected] and courier is address at my husband name-Punaram varma Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

hi,i have sended a mobile through ondot courier via AWB no[protected].
the packet reached there
but it was opened & repacked smartly so that no one can imagine wat happend & mobile is misplaced from it
pls tell me what to do
is this a courier company do with all the stuff

on dot courier & cargo ltd. — non delivery n very bad behaviour
sir,A courier was sent from poly impex, mumbai to our office through receipt no.[protected] but was not delivered to us. Despite of this negligence by the courier company is doing absurd things as per calling n using abusive language n returning our other couriers from various parts since our complain to them as it consisted of very imp. documents. Later they informed us abt the dispatch of courier in our office n on refusal blamed us on being beaten as if we are thief n criminals.
we want very strong action against them
