[Resolved]  On Dot Courier & Cargo Ltd — NOT DELIVERED WEDDING CARD

I have couriered my son's wedding card form Ludhiana to Mansa Dt 10/04/2012 AWB NO[protected] & My relatives have not received that courier till date.They are angry with me that i have not invited them son's marriage and when i have tracked the no on date 22/06/2012 in the report its showing this courier no is delivered from Ambala to Ludhiana (Detail attached) How is it possible.Look into the matter and find out where is my courier and send it to right address as soon as possible & feel sorry to them and clarify all this matter too them
OTHER WISE WE WILL TAKE MORE ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY.

Your Organization has no authority to use one AWB no on two places.
