[Resolved]  On Dot Courier — ITEM NOT DELIVERED

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have courier my item through ON DOT courier dated 11/07/2012, but still it is not get deleivered as well as no information displaying on website while tracking, for the same i asked to chittorgarh office on 14/07/2012, they are not giving response,
they said it will get delivered within one days, yestarday i again contact him they said it got delivered but i confirm from the destination point it is still not delivered but office people saying it got delivered and he his not giving any information, for the same i complin to jaipur office they are also not helping me out, finally i contact to head office delhi there also thay are saying contact to chittorgarh office and they cut the phone, Now no one is helping me to find out where is my dispatch item.
