[Resolved] On Dot Courier — Loss of Parcel

I had courired on 8/12/2010, from Nabha, This packet is still not delivered to the desire destiny. The service provider not sharing any information and always keep my call on hold after picking the call. I had registered the complaint on phone helpline, the complaint number is 254252 and send the copy of complaint to the karampura office but no reply..

I am writing you this mail to divert your kind attention towards the kind of services on dot couriers are providing to their customers.
I had booked a parcel worth more than 3000 /- from Vapi to be delivered Muzaffarpur with the AWB no as[protected] dated: 09/02/11. But it is not delivered till today 19/02/2011
And when I am tracking my consignment on your website it was always showing Delhi.
And I talked many times with customer care in Delhi as well vapi but they always told me, we are searching.
I want to know who will be responsible for it. And whether my courier will be delivered or not.
I asked them, these people response is so bad ...they just pass on days and giving me not any answer ...just make me go from one place to other and even being a gir they talking to me very rudely..I just want my things back.
Looking into the seriousness of this matter I request you to please help me by finding out the parcel, which is quite precious and important for me.
Plz do the needful at the earliest.
