On Dot Couriers And Cargo Ltd. 8 / 24 Kirti Nagar Delhi 110015 — Non delivery of consignment no.[protected]

I had sent some medicines to my cousin at SATNA on 24-09-09 vide cons. no.[protected]. These were urgent medicines which are not available anywhere except delhi and mumbai. However there is no trace of consignment till 03-10-09.customer service is very poor and discourteous. phones are not answered and no proper reply is forthcoming.

on dot couriers &cargo ltd — non selivery of medicines

My self Dr.Amit Mishra, i have sent medicines to one of my patient due to urgency through on dot couriers and cargo ltd mumbai khar branch on 9/09/08.but it is not delivered till date.patient is getting serious &she has to have other medicines because of non receipt of my medicines. i am trying to contact on dot persons but they are not taking it seriously.who will be responsible for all this?
