Dear friends, on dot courier service is very horrible, they are not answering to phone calls we have 6 phone number of on dot courier, if by mistake they PICK phone then same time they DC to phone line. stupid on dot service, never give them for courier service we are really harassment by this on dot courier i[censored] wanna save time please go to other courier service provider. bangalore Was this information helpful? | |||

I am writing you this mail to divert your kind attention towards the kind of services on dot couriers are providing to their customers.
I had booked a parcel worth more than 3000 /- from Vapi to be delivered Muzaffarpur with the AWB no as[protected] dated: 09/02/11. But it is not delivered till today 21/02/2011
And when I am tracking my consignment on your website it was always showing Delhi.
And I talked many times with customer care in Delhi as well vapi but they always told me, we are searching.
I want to know who will be responsible for it. And whether my courier will be delivered or not.
I asked them, these people response is so bad ...they just pass on days and giving me not any answer ... talking to me very rudely.I just wants my things back.
Looking into the seriousness of this matter I request you to please help me by finding out the parcel, which is quite precious and important for me.
Plz do the needful at the earliest.

I too had a very bitter experience with On-Dot-A courier of 5th is deliverd on 12th-after lot of follow-up and the delivery boy-while delivering abuses the recipient-as to why follow up is being done.For no fault the recepient has to bear foul language-'galis'-as if he has committed a sin. Never use On DOT a very pathetic and sad experience.
