[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — POOR SERVICES

We are waiting for our very urgent parcel which has booked from Sunam (punjab) on dtd.22/10/09 doc.no.[protected]. On dot courier people services are very poor. Even they do not picked up the phone. Our nearest branch is Preet Vihar (Nepal International Ph.[protected]. we are continous trying the number bt as usaul nobody pick up the phone.

We are very upset from the services of On dot courier.

POOR SERVICES
Dear Sir,

We have booked the parcel through On Dot Couriers from Malout-Noida office vide doc.no.[protected] date 16.08.2011 by air for our customer in Malout. As there was a very great urgency for the material for their production process, they have requested us to send it by air cargo.

We have sent the same but the peopel from On Dot couriers have not sent the same and the material is still laying with them. After taking several followups these peopels have not given the status of the material from last four days and today they were mentioning that they have not sent due to some reason.

Now my customer has lost his important order of Rs.10 Thousand & they are keeping us responcible for their loss.

Still the matter is not solved and On dot peopel are not co-operating for the same.

Due to this reason my job in the company is into trouble as i am working in sales dept.

Please advice me what should i do if my job will loss due to such irresponsible peopels.

If i lost my job i have to force to commit the sucide as i am already have lots of loans on my head.
