[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — Letter not received, booked on 14th June 2008

My fater couriered a school transfer certificate via "On Dot" couriers from Bhawali (district Nainital) on 14 June 2008 vide docket Number[protected]

It has been more than 10 days the letter has not been delivered to the address in Ulhasnagar (District Thane)

The letter was addressed to

Radha Kishen Valecha
Barack No: 521, Room Number 1
UlhasNagar 2

The doc number for the letter is "Consignment Number :[protected]"

I have already spoken at numerous numbers in given by the office in Bhawali, but of no use. The numbers I contacted are[protected], [protected]. Also I tried to call[protected] given from one of the person when I talked at above numbers. However, this phone is always switched off.

Due to this the admission of my Sister's Daughter is not going through. We are really worried of this situation. What shall we do.

No one picks the fone at the head office of On-Dot couriers in Delhi[protected],[protected]

We sent one parcel through your courier on 06.10.10 from Bangalore branch but till today our location people not received so far by the following location people.

What will to do now please respond at urgent my company unit people facing too much problem with non receipt of material.
