On Dot Couriers — bloody service from on dot courier, they take ages to deliver ur courier

my name is sudhakar working for a reputed software company. my friend sent a courier form hyderabad to banglore. Ater one week, one agent called from on dot courier sitting from his office located some where else saying that he did not find the address. The address is so clear that every day we receive so many posts. When i gave alternate address which is in heart of the city, they said ok. They did not deliver it after 10 days also. when i called them, they said there is no service to that area. They just kept the courier with them only. They are not even bothered to call us and tell that they could not deliver. When i called also, there is some neglect answers from them. This is first time i am seeing such a worst service from a courier who claims to be a service at right time right point. These bloody buggers played with me for so many days without delivering my courier. Please dont believe this bloody courier service. They will kill ur peace by responding recklessly. Even a normal postal cover will come very soon.

This my 3rd mail to you in past 2days, but your not responding .

I send my couier on 31st Jan from delhi and till date it has not reached patna.

I have been try to PATNA brach not they are not attending my call

I am writing you this mail to divert your kind attention towards the kind of services on dot couriers are providing to their customers.
I had booked a parcel worth more than 3000 /- from Vapi to be delivered Muzaffarpur with the AWB no as[protected] dated: 09/02/11. But it is not delivered till today 21/02/2011
And when I am tracking my consignment on your website it was always showing Delhi.
And I talked many times with customer care in Delhi as well vapi but they always told me, we are searching.
I want to know who will be responsible for it. And whether my courier will be delivered or not.
I asked them, these people response is so bad ...they just pass on days and giving me not any answer ... talking to me very rudely.I just wants my things back.
Looking into the seriousness of this matter I request you to please help me by finding out the parcel, which is quite precious and important for me.
Plz do the needful at the earliest.

I had couriered on 09/02/2011, from Vapi, This packet is still not delivered to the desire destiny. The service provider not sharing any information and always keep my call on hold after picking the call. I had registered the complaint on phone helpline, I send the copy of complaint to the Delhi office but no reply.
