[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — Poor Service / Controls

My friend sent me a courier from Ludhiana to Delhi vide AWB[protected] on 6th Oct which was delievered on 11th Oct 08. Even a courier from Los Angeles will take lesser time.

Worst part is that online tracking of On Dot reflected this AWB booked from Ambala with status already delievered on 8th Oct 08. Am unable to understand how many AWB with same series are issued by them.

I was sent a courirer from IP INDIA with this tracking AWB[protected] and still no report of it.
I can't track it. Also I tried so send a letter to customer service and the server did not accepted .I don't know if its service it's still available or tha web page doesn't provide any clues about it...
If a manager of On dot can search and validate and confirm positively it was sended or it is a fake number
it would be really appreciated.

Our consignment has dispatched on 25.01.2010 from Bhilai to Indore

But still we r waiting for our consignment.
