[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd — Non Receipt of courier

I have send courier from Mumbai for Varanasi on 17th June 2008, AWB No.[protected] and till date the same has not been delivered. Have tried several time to call ON Dot's Mumbai ofice but unalbe to get any update on this. Have spoken toone Mr.Raj (Mobile No.[protected]) but he was very abusive and dpoke very rudely and didn't gave any update. The I tried to speak to there all India Cutomer Manager Mr.Rangrajan (Mobile No. [protected]) but he too was very arrogant and didnt gave any update.

Solicit your help in this matter, as there is important document which is to be delivered urgently.
