On Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd — Non Delivery of Parcel | |||
Dear Sir, Pls note that I had sent a courier from On Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd on 25th July'12 from Bangalore to Bhubaneshwar but the same has not been delivered till date. Also, their website shows the location status of the parcel as in Kolkata. When I personally went to confirm the status in their franchisee office at Bangalore, they had no status and have been delaying the matter. I am writing this after trying by all means from my end. The details of the packet as as under : AWB No[protected] Sender's Location - Bangalore Receiver's Location - Bhubaneshwar Kindly guide what should I do in this regard?
