[Resolved] On Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd — Non delivery of parcel, Misguiding & Harrashing customer | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a parcel to Bangalore on 14/09/2012 with AWB No.[protected] from Uttam Nagar Delhi. On 24/09/2012, I got to know that parcel already reached Bangalore but not delivered as it is not under service area.After calling Bangalore office[protected] one person shouted stating "how can you book a parcel where we are not offering service". Ultimately, I turned up to Delhi Office[protected]/[protected]. A lady picked up the phone and after taking the detail passed the line to other staff. He asked me to wait which went up to 12 mins on a stretch after which they dropped the call. The same happened thrice. I am really harassed and helpless as the parcel is really required at it's destination. My question is - What they are going to do with the concern parcel? -Why the have booked a consignment which is not under their service area? -What is the meaning of shouting at me when I called up Bangalore office? -Is this the way to resolve customer queries what their Delhi people have done?
