On Dot Couriers — Courier not delivered after 14 days & no response to complaints | |||
Dear Sir, We had sent a packet to Tata Cummins, Jamshedpur, by On Dot Courier, Date 18/4/2012. The packet has still not reached Jamshedpur. Tracking shows that the packet is still at courier's Kolkatta office. In spite of repeated enquiries with the agent at Nashik and e-mail to the company nothing happened in last 8 days. No one picks up the phone when numbers mentioned in the website are dialed. On Dot Couriers — courier not delivered from last 10 days
my pod is[protected]. I haven't received my courir from last 10 days now. tired of calling agin and again. nobody from this co' entertains. they'll just giving one no. after another. shipment tracking shows my courier is stuck in one location from 1 week now. I am dragging these people to court now.
