[Resolved]  OnDot Courier — parcel received after 5 days

A parcel of two packets (1+1) was booked at your Kala-Amb (H.P) office for Biogene pharma c/o D.K.Jotwani A/C-66 Tagore garden, new delhi. Docket no[protected], it was received by your delhi office on[protected]. your POD copy has that date.when i didnot received the parcel till 11-07-08 afternoon i contacted your delhi office no[protected] and then talked to ms RAJNI on [protected] but every time i was told that delhi has not received the parcel you contact kala-amb office finally the parcel was delivered on 12-07-08 at 5.30 pm
who should be held responsible for the delay
