[Resolved]  Ondot Courier Service — Late delivery of product

i was booked a parcel from ludhiyana on 09.04.2009 vide docket no.[protected], but till today i dont get it when i contact your morbi (gujarat) office your person told me that you should take follow up from booking center (ludhiyana) i can not do any thing.

is this your method of service to your customer?

OnDot Courier Service — irresponsible behaviour and untimely delivery of Courier containing Demand draft

Respected sir,
it is to bring to your kind attention the irresponsible, deceitful behaviour of the OnDot Courier Services Limited.I used their services for sending the demand draft on[protected] of Rupees 1, 73, 000 (One Lakhs Seventy Three thousand only) to Pune from Bhilai.
They assured us that the delivery will be made within a period of three days (ie. by[protected].but when i crosscheked for the same it was found that the delivery was not made by[protected] and when i tracked the Status of delivery using the consumer number given to me on their web site, i found that it was lying with them at their Pimpiri Office.
Then i followed up with the local operator of the OnDot Services in Bhilai, they made the delivery on[protected].
i request you to kindly take the action against the OnDot courier service as they made the delivery on the last day of the fee payment in the college.And consequently, for the tension we suffered.

They might not have made the delivery if we had not followed it up with the Local operators.

Kindly take strict action against them as they didn't served the purpose for which they are meant to be and also tried to delay it.

my parcel ws sent 14 decembr from aligarh to mumbai and i hv nt recievd it yet.the parcel was a cel phone.the awb number is[protected]
