Hi Team,
I would appreciate if you can help to get rid out of this hectic situation as I am fed up with the service of Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd.
Its been more than 12 days but an urgent courier, carrying medicines, has not been delivered yet.
Cons. No. for the courier is[protected] which was sent from Kolkata on Friday, January 27, 2012 has not been delivered yet (Till 02/09).
As per courier website, this has been delivered on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at TransYamuna Location, dont know where this location is actually. I tried to contact carrier company so that I can pick that load from their branch but all the contact nos# provided on their website are incorrect.
I am in dilemma whether I would be able to receive this load anyhow as the courier has some urgent medicine which was supposed to be delivered on time.
I tried to raise a complaint on their website regarding this but that website has some technical issue due to which Enquiry and Feedback options on their website is not working which do not allow to raise any feedback.
I will really appreciate if anyone can help me to get out of this stinking situation.

Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd — after 12 days courier have not deliver
my son send me courier by on dot courier and cargo ltd on 7 th Feb but still after 12 days i haven't delivered by company it was very urgent document which was suppose to delivered to 9th but just because of company's bad service and negligence i haven't received it pl z help me in it.name-Ravindra Kumar Singh
