I (Ashwani Singh Chauhan) am sending a courier from Kasumpti (Shimla) to Durga colony Neoli sugar factory Neoli( KansiramNagar) (UP) Pin No 207402 on dated 21-feb-2011. I mention my contact no and destination contact no also. It would reach Kasganj on dated 23-feb 2011. But they never called me or destination Number. After that they send my courier back to Shimla on dated 2-March-2011. they never inform me for these activities. I am facing difficulties. If there is no service in my city than why they took responsibility for reaching courier. I am sending courier details as attachment.Please take action immediately.
