[Resolved]  One Stop Shop — Original irctc certificates not yet got

This is our complain no.

For address & name changing we had couriere, with our original irctc certificate & rs. 500 / - d. D on february 24, 2011 and also the address proof. They all had the documents, but still they are not working on it and not any original certificates changed and not given to us. . They told we will give you by 20days but still no any response. .
