One Stop Shop — Misguidance & Misbehaviour | |||
I am running a One Stop Shop of BSNL a type of franchisee in Distt. Sirmour of H.P. I had done a topup sum of Rs. 500 on 6/9/2011 in the place of recharge after that I had call to Consumer Care they told me to send a SMS for wrong transaction and your amount will send you within 24 hours. I call them daily in the morning but they have only one answer that within 24 hours your money will be returned in your account. But today is[protected] and the money is not returned yet because the reason is that my language is not good. The BSNL Customer Care behavior is not so good. They don't cooperate their consumer even their retailers. From[protected] to[protected] I had talk to many CC Representatives and Sr. Supervisor but no action are taken by them at last they told me that your behavior is not good so we don't help you. My name is Deepak Verma my Mobile No. [protected]. I complaint in oss company misbehave and this company is lair and very poor company because 3 year before i purchase the software in rail ticket On-line but he is not work completely and customer care person is not sanctification in reason because he says your password is change and you renewal the software and give the money 2000 Rs.. so I take the money in January 2012 but my software is not renewal. so please take the action immediate.
