[Resolved] One Stop Shop — E-TICKET BOOKING PROBLEM | |||
I AM SANJEEV KUMAR GUPTA from JHARKHAND. MY BP CODE BP00081320 I have applied for IRCTC Rail ticket booking Agent through One Stop Shop as on 10 April 2009. According to this company I will get IRCTC CERTIFICATE with in 60 days but now it is about 10 month and yet I have not get my IRCTC CERTIFICATE. I am bearing a huge loss for which no one is willing to compensate. Im a Business Partner of One Stop Shop . I became their Business Partner the last yrs. on 2010 when the representative from their Authorized Channel Partner has informed me as i will get OSS Kit with E-token and Certificate from IRCTC for which he charged me RS 10000.00 . But till date no e-token or certificate from IRCTC is issued to my agency . Now when i calls One Stop Shop customer care people they give a recorded answer that its stopped from IRCTC so they cant provide it . If they cant provide the certificate and e-token then refund the amount which is charged from me .Thier Authorized Channel Partner says that the amount charged for E-token is already sent to OSS and cant be refunded from his end . Now tell me what would be the solution or mail / call me ?
