Onida - 1, 5 T Split A/C — NO COOLING | |||
I had bought a 1.5 ton split a/c of ONIDA through a dealer in Dombivli. I have a very strong complaint about the quality of this product. A/c was purchased in October 2010 but due to some reasons did not use even 3 months but servicing was done in time. I had made a complaint to the delaer for "no cooling" and the dealer deputed his mechanic instead of authorised mechanic of Onida. When the mechanic insisted for a sum of Rs.2200 I told him to send the authorised Onida mechanic. While leaving, that meachnikc warned me that i would have to pay double of this amount to Mechanic of Onida. As warned, they both played a game and the Onida Mechanic came and asked me to pay first to start the repairs. I do not this is fair on the part of Onida, a company of repute.
