[Resolved] Onida 21 Oxygen 500 — some components to be replaced | |
I purchased onida 21 oxygen 500 2 years ago. the TV suddenly went off. we called the SE and to my surprise he asked me Rs. 1200/- towards component charges and 350 towards service, whereas the components are available at a cheaper cost in the market. He also insisted to go for a AMC for 3 years assuming any repair will happen in another 6 months and will be replaced free of cost. This type of luring customers to go in for AMC is not justified. Now only I feel that I purchased a wrong TV. Was this information helpful? | |
