Dear Sir, I had Purchased Onida 01 Ton AC From Ashoka Trading Co. Shop no. 46-47, Sector-16 Market, Faridabad on 04/09/2011.They had supplied defective piece, Its front grill is damaged. Despite of several telephonic complaints no action is taken till date. Plz take some step against the shopkeeper , so that my product can be replaced. I had purchased Onida 01 Ton AC from Ashoka Trading on 04/09/11. They had supplied defective Product. Its front grill is damaged. Inspite several telephonic complaints our problem is nt rectified till date.
Plz take some action against it.
