[Resolved] Onida — Split Ac | |
Last year i purchased 2 split ac's of onida, out of them one started giving problem after one month of installation only Gas leaks from the outdoor unit. last year itself it was reapaired and gas charged 3 times by the Onida ppl. this year also it gave the same problem when i ask them to replace the unit, they say that according to there records, last year it has been gas charged one time only where as m providing them dates, they r asking for complaint no. who keeps complaint numbers?. what happens after warranty is over do i need to pay for repairs every month or so. if possible kindly get the unit replaces Was this information helpful? | |

I am manish gandhi, I had bought ONIDA split A/C 10 months before. now its not doing well. its not working properly. it has cooling problem.In this time we are facing a lot of problem. bcoz now a days summer is at 45'degree. & our A/C is not working so we are totaly not satisfy with ONIDA. i called 2-3 times at shop where i did purchase.But no one wants to repair it.ONIDA dont hav good service.tht i am sure

IT IS NOT WORTH BUYING ANY ONIDA PRODUCT, THAT TOO FROM VASANTH & CO, SINCE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER RELATION AS WELL THERE IS NO SERVICE RECORD MAINTENANCE. VASANTH & CO HIRES ROAD SIDE GUYS TO INSTALL A/C, SINCE SERVICE CENTRE REFUSES TO DO SERVICE WHEN PROBLEM OCCUR, BY THE TIME CUSTOMER DIE FOR HIS MONEY. BE CAREFUL IF YOU BUY A/C OF ONIDA BRAND FROM VASANTH & CO
