[Resolved] Onida / DVD — POOR PERFORMANCE AND POOR SERVICE | |
I am using ONIDA DVD (DFX-5100). Since last two years I have used only few times and got repair (NO DISK) twice. On 31.03.2009, I have approached ONIDA authorised service centre at Jamnagar operated by M/s ketan Services and they took the product to attend repair and said that the status of repair will be informed on Monday i.e. on 01.06.2009. But till 04.06.2009, I did not get any call from service centre. I have called service centre on 04.06.2009 at 19.40 Hrs. Complaint: NO DISK (repeated defect) I have received reply as follows, "A card 5100 has damaged (just 1 year back it was replaced by them - I have lost the bill for the same) and better to replace it with new one. You will not get the card so easily and it will take more than 15 days". Due to my financial condition I can not change the product oftenly. Request to look into the matter and advise M/s ONIDA to provide necessary spare parts at the earliest. Regards, Was this information helpful? | |
