[Resolved] Onida / F910 Mobile — getting off charger/data card | |||
SI IN THE YEAR 2009 2009 I PURCHASED ONE ONIDA F910 MOBILE WITH A COST OF 6850/-Rs BY LOOKING ONLY THE BRAND NAME .AND 3 MONTHS BACK MY CHARGER/DATA CARD IS GETS FAULTY AFTER USING SO MANY TIMES.FOR THE NEW CHARGER I ENQUIRED IN THE ONIDA AUTHURISED SERVICE CENTERS AT WARANGAL AND IN HYDERABAD AND SECUNDERABAD CITY.BUT I UNABLE TO GET SINCE THEY ARE TELLING THAT THAT MODEL CHARGERS ARE NOT COMING FROM COMPANY.AND NO OTHER MAKE CHARGER/DATA CARD IS NOT SUITING FOR THE MOBILE TO CHARGE.THIS IS VERY UNFAIR IN THE VIEW OF CUSTOMERS SINCE BY SEEING ONLY BRAND NAME WE ARE SPENDING THOSANDS OF RUPEES TO PURCHASE AND BECAUSE OF NOT GETTING SIMPLE CHARGER /DATACARD THE MOBILE IS UNABLE TO USE AND GOING WASTE.SO KINDLY CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT AND DO THE NEEDFUL Was this information helpful? | |||
