[Resolved] Onida — picture distortion | |||
i have purchased ONIDA 29" slim tv on 510/09, i have faced problems in picture clarity,distortion,color thrice in one year, today again it has gone bad , the service are pathetic and ONIDA TV is worst , i would suggest nobody to buy the ONIDA products. even after several reminders nobody attends the complaint in time . i feel to buy ONIDA products will be waste of mney and time .hope ONIDA co. wll take necessary action to be in business. hence forth i will not buy any product of ONIDA, absoulutely NONE.i heard split AC of ONDIA is good i am in process to buy one but now i will buy of another company.guys take care Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought ONIDA TV 21" Flat in Aug 2010, it got repaired on Nov 2011, I made the complaint to ONIDA Service Center (which is in Coimbatore Saibaba colony, (Tamil Nadu State)).
I had a very poor experience with them.
Not attending the service call in time, I was calling them for last one week still they didnt attend the service call.
Whenever I call them in the morning, they reply that today's first call is yours but till evening no one will come and again if I call them in the evening they reply tomorrow we will come.
Not providing the complaint number also.
Decided not to buy ONIDA product in my lifetime.
ONIDA should find the right service center not only the dealers.
Else ONIDA will be no more in INDIA.
