SERVICE EXECUTIVE WAS SENT TO HOME AFTER REPEATED PLEADING AND REPEATED REQUEST, THE EXECTUIVE DID NOT GIVE CORRECT COMMITMENT AND WAS NOT SURE OF RESOLVING THE TECHNICAL DEFECT.
