Onida LCD TV — SCREEN COLOUR CHANGE

This is Patil here from Attigupe- Vijaya nagar -Bangalore ,we have purchased a onida LCD -Tv in 2009 modle 32" XARIA LITE 32XRDL -200 WAT .
We had some problem picture colour change so we called your service person to attended a problem he came and said mother board is the problem which need to replace and went after a day he kept on calling us he got mother board to replace he came set a mother board and there is some problem tv not diplayed and he went back and again he came next it is same case ; now he saying Tv screen is the problem which will cost Rs.14000 and he went with out fixing the cabnite .

This is happing from past one week
This is really a very poor service from him he spoling ONIDA name and we buy ONIDA because it is Indan company but trust is no more if this the condiniton of your service personal.
Hope you take case seriously and get us Tv back to normal.
