Myself Kaushik Chatterjee.I have purchased a ONIDA Microwave before some days but your representative are not agree to come to my house for service providing. That means when we are giving the phone calls to[protected] they are giving us a bad reply and misbehaving with us. I am going to complaint to CONSUMER FORUM but before that I would like to inform you. Last day(16TH APRIL) I called that No at 6:30 pm then a Person picked up the phone and misbehaved with me and also with my family. Plz take a serious action against him.
