Myself Kaushik Chatterjee.I have purchased a ONIDA Microwave before some days but your representative are not agree to come to my house for service providing. That means when we are giving the phone calls to[protected] they are giving us a bad reply and misbehaving with us. I am going to complaint to CONSUMER FORUM but before that I would like to inform you. Last day(16TH APRIL) I called that No at 6:30 pm then a Person picked up the phone and misbehaved with me and also with my family. Plz take a serious action against him. When customer call to customer care centre of company, The represetative has to take the action.Otherwise it means that company only selling the finished goods and services are poor. It should not happen.
