[Resolved] Onida Microwave — FRONT DOOR GLASS BROKEN | |
I have purchased Onida Microwave (Black Beauty) which is under warranty. Its front door glass has broken automatically. There was no mis-handling from our side. As per service engineer I will have to pay for changing the glass. I do not know whether it will be chargeble or not but I have agreed to pay for it. Since then it is already more than one month, no body has turned up to change the glass. The quality of the product is third grade and the service is even worst than that of quality.
