[Resolved] Onida — AC not providing cold air | |||
Hello sir..i want to draw ur kind attention to my prob. i bought an Onida window AC model no.-W518UVA2/ 2009...it has been out of warranty..and some 5 months back i.e. in oct 2010 it broke down..on filing my complaint at the dealer who also claims to provide some technical person from authorised service centre, a guy named Aakil attented my AC and told me that it has something with capacitor which needs to be changed... I feel pain saying that till today that particular guy hasn't turned up nor other person..when i went to the dealer who, is responsible for filing complaints and act through trained onida technicians) never gave me satisfatory answers on when this particular guy will show up( always some lame and unbelieable excuses)..it's been more than 5 months and still my Complaint has not been looked upon seriously. This ultimately leads to a bad impression about your service and response to complaints.Some people has made this a big Joke..and Onida as i always thought of being neighbours envy and owners pride is going vice versa... hope u take this matter seriously and do the needful...thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
