I am using Onida 32 inches LCD for the past 1 yr.. Once the warranty got over it started giving problems. The first time i complained the technician has tried reaching me.. But i am not availavle during the time.. Also that time the problem was not very frequent.
But when the problem occured again very frequently, I had to call the support to fix my TV issue. which i tried calling them for 2-3 times. everytime they give me a new ticket number.. I keep calling them & they will not have my record.. I remember calling a customer care in Onida on 9th saturday April.. I vent out my frustration, but nothing has happened.. This time i called up the custome care they gave a new ticket number 1304A[protected]...Which i am hoping my LCD will get fixed.. Was this information helpful? |
