[Resolved] Onida Split AC 1.5 Ton — AC Cooling Problem no Responce from Onida Service center in HYderabad | |
Hi, In month of Feb-2008 i have problem regarding the AC cooling . I contacted the service center of onida raise complaint Complaint number-->[protected] Ph number: 66833000 . Incharge --> Soumya They have send me vendor of Ondia to reslove the problem, He charged me 2500 for gas filling. But he didnt filled up to the mark and problem has not yet be solved. I have called daily to onida service center but they wont respond . Atleast i am lost hope and droped the case. Big Companies need to look at the service how good they are offering... i have purchased 1.5 tone split a/c frpm talwar electrovision, ludhiana on aug 2009. but now my a/c is not cooling properley.My a/c is under warranty. i have complain twice but my a/c problem is not solved. i have mailed twice but no response.Please solve my problem. i'll be very thankful to you.Pankaj Malhotra

I agree with u, ondia AC service centre gives no response to their customer...i purchased 1 ton split AC 5 month back problem arise with cooling...19 th times i register compliant but no response them, i m now planing to go in consumer court.

Onida Split Ac 1.5 Ton purchased in Oct 2008, failed immtly after 1 year warrantee period. Repaired from company authorised service station. As suggested by their representative I have done AMC for 1 year.I have realized Product was waste of money & service is also hope less. No body at their customer care & authorised service stations are bothered for company image.
All concerns are requested to rethink while buying any Onida product.

I have purchased 2 window ac of onida, but till know i have got only 1 free service, the customer care of onida service centre is too bad.. They are ignoring people.
I had requested many a times for free service at your centre and also at sales corner from where I purchased the ac.. But no body turned up... I am really frustrated from you guys and if you didn't turned up in couple of days will SUE your company. And will advise every body through my block that not to purchase any single product of onida
