[Resolved] Onida Split AC — Not getting service | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, We purchased Onida Split AC last year in the month of July, in that some noise is coming from the blower. Regarding this we have registered the complaint so many times and we also called them up more than hundred times,but the problem has not yet been solved. I've given the complaint numbers below for your reference, 1.15/03/2010 - [protected] 2. [protected] 3.05/03/2010 - [protected] 4.19/04/2010 - [protected] We have sent a complaint even through mail to the mail id [protected]@onida.com , but there was no response at all. I've given the purchase details below, Shop Name - Mugesh Home Appliances Brand - Onida ( 1.5 split AC ) Model # - S318DMD3 Serial # - S318DMD[protected] Date of purchase - 11/07/09 Regarding this now we’ve decided to register a complaint in the consumer court.
